Apparka is a Peruvian platform dedicated to optimize access to parking through the technology of Los Portales group. It offers its users an agile experience to find, reserve and manage parking spaces quickly and securely in different parts of the country, facilitating urban mobility and the efficient use of available spaces.

One month after the launch, we used web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Hotjar and SEM Rush to verify the results obtained after the strategy planned for Apparka. This is what we achieved:

What are we we are facing?

Apparka was undergoing a rebranding and launch of its App to function more independently from the Los Portales Estacionamientos brand. The organization’s old website was suffering from performance issues with slow load times and errors in loading graphic content. This was causing traffic loss and high bounce rate. Apparka also wanted to implement an online store on their site to make it easier for their customers to reserve parking spaces. To solve the problem we followed the following steps:

We define the project objectives, target audience and functionality requirements for Apparka web and online store functionalities. In this step, we create a comprehensive project plan, which outlines the key milestones and deliverables with the active participation of the client.

Using WordPress as development CMS for the project we entered the front-end and back-end programming stage of the website. We also developed the functionalities of the store giving priority to the performance and security of the site.

Our design team translated the project vision into a visually appealing and user experience friendly design. Wireframes were created to provide a clear visual representation of the user experience and structure of Apparka's website.

Finally, we moved on to the testing stage, putting ourselves in all the tangible scenarios to mitigate any inconvenience that the user might encounter. Once the site met our quality standards it was migrated to its official domain.
