APROS participated in the initial phase of the product, from the technical definition and architecture to the development of a functional MVP. Once the platform's foundation was established, the project was transferred to Zuma's in-house team, which continued to develop and expand the product.

Zuma needed to turn a new financial product into a functional digital platform.
The challenge wasn’t just about developing an interface. It was necessary to define from scratch how the product should be structured technically, transform the business-defined processes into software workflows, and lay a foundation that could continue to grow once Zuma had established its own technology team.
We designed the platform's initial architecture and organized the necessary components to turn the business proposal into a digital product that could be developed.
From the outset, the project was designed with the understanding that the software would not remain under APROS indefinitely. The structure had to be such that it could be understood, maintained, and later expanded by another technical team.
We developed the workflows and features that made up the first operational version of Zuma, taking the project from the definition phase to a functional MVP.
With the first phase of the product implemented, we handed it over to the Zuma team so they could take over ongoing development and incorporate new features based on the foundation we had built.
